If for any reason, you do need to return an items, please make sure you do it within the allowed time frame and follow the procedures.
Returns
Please make sure you review our size guide again if needed. StyleMonarchy® products are designed in Paris and sizes may be smaller than what you are used to. If you have any specific questions before making an exchange, email us at contact@stylemonarchy.com. We are here to help.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form is always needed to make a return. Please contact us to receive the RMA form at contact@stylemonarchy.com.
- Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. If you send a package without RMA form, no refund will be processed. It will be your responsibility to send us a label to get it back if it is returned to us by the carrier.
- Your return must be sent to us within 7 days from the day of receipt in the continental US to be an accepted return. Shipping fees will not be returned. The shipping tracking number must be provided to us by email at contact@stylemonarchy.com with the order number.
- No refund will be processed after 7 days of you sending the item(s).
- No exchanges are allowed. You can return within the time frame and in perfect conditions any items not suitable to your needs.
- For International orders, your package must be sent within 7 days and usually received within 21 days. The shipping tracking number must be provided to us by email at contact@stylemonarchy.com with the order number.
- If you refuse delivery on an order you made, no refund will be made and the package will not be accepted by us if it is returned by the carrier.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Make sure you keep the tracking number until we process the return.
- If you return an item without an authorization form or too late, it will be your responsibility to get it back if you want it. You have 3 days to claim it back after we receive it.
- We reserve the right to refuse selling to any organization who previously returned items in poor conditions.
- Returns must be in perfect condition the way you would like to receive them and the way you are receiving them (folded like a sweater or t-shirt to avoid excessive wrinkles, with tags, not soiled, stained or with odors of any kind). Items returned completely unfolded with excessive wrinkles or soiled will need to be fully reconditioned or disposed of and therefore will incur a 40% fee. They will not be refunded, A store credit will be issued for the remaining amount including if items are returned during the allowed time frame but in poor conditions. We reserve the right to deduct the fees and customers understand and accept to be charged the fees and accept our policies, should we consider the item unsuitable for selling.
- If you order several items and we are out of one item, we will ship all items available and refund you the missing item.
Store credit are valid for 3 months from the date of the return.
We highly encourage you to use a carrier that offers a tracking number and insurance if necessary (USPS, Fedex, UPS for example).
What can I return?
You may return items sold and fulfilled by StyleMonarchy® website. You have 7 days in the continental US from the day of receipt to send it back (7 days from receipt date to your sending date). Please send us the tracking number of your package to follow delivery. For international orders, same 7 days rule apply but we understand the delivery will take longer usually at most 21 days.
Because the type of garments and shoes we provide are used in spa/health/medical spa and other hygienic environments, we cannot refund worn, damaged, washed, or soiled garments without tags, not in their original packaging or items that do not comply with the Refund Policy.
Shoes that are perfectly clean inside and outside with tags still attached can be returned. If the outer sole is clearly damaged or dirty, the shoes will NOT be refunded.
Our merchandise is verified at production time and before shipping it to you. While a defect is unlikely, should it happen, claims for defective merchandise must be made within 48 hours of delivery by email at contact@stylemonarchy.com.
Returns of Shoes
Shoes can be returned within the same time frame as long as they have not been used. Make sure you try them on a clean surface or carpet or rug to prevent damaging the sole or get it dirty.
- Outside soles MUST be perfectly clean and not damaged. No exceptions.
- Tags MUST be attached.
- NO refund will be issued if the outside soles of the shoes are not in perfect conditions.
Refund Policy
- Garments must be returned in their original transparent package and folded with their tags still attached in sellable and excellent conditions, folded as you would like to receive your order.
- Garments must be new and not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or soiled. They must be 100 % free of dirt, lint, smells, fragrances, deodorant, makeup or other cosmetics of any kind with tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is does not comply with our policies.
- There will be no refund if the tags are not attached and items do not comply with the above conditions.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form is always required to return your purchase. Please email us at contact@stylemonarchy.com to obtain the Return Authorization Form prior to sending back the package.
- Please allow us up to 48 hours to send you the Return Merchandise Authorization Form. The 7 days allowed to return will start from receipt of the RMA form.
- Fill in the Return/Exchange form and include it in your package.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- If you return items that do not comply with the return policies, we will not refund them and if you want the items back to you, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping. You will have 3 days from the date we receive them to claim back your items. You are responsible to send us a shipping label.
- In the event you refuse a package or do not pay customs duties and it is returned to us, it will not be refunded.
- Purchases for TV shows, movies and costumes companies are final. No exceptions. Information customers input in our database themselves as contact or to ship the items and or available information on the web will be used to determine the purpose of these companies and use of our uniforms. Our uniforms are for spas and clinics customers.
We will re-credit your payment within 15 business days of receipt of the garments you are returning, if they comply with our policies in the same payment form that the order was made. We cannot change payment forms. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. .
We strongly advise that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number (ie: USPS, Fedex, UPS) and buy insurance if necessary as we are not responsible for goods that your carrier fails to deliver.
The RMA form is meant to ensure you do not send us a package that no longer qualifies for a refund. If you send us a package after 7 days without the authorization form, no amount will be refunded. If you want the items back to you, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping. You will have 3 days to claim back your items.
Promotional Sales
We may offer special sales, discounts, promotions etc..from time to time. All promotional sales are final. No returns and refunds.
Promotions are often only accepted within the continental US.
Unless specified otherwise, in the event the size does not fit during a promotional sale, we will accept to give you a gift card/voucher for the paid items only (not FREE shoes) and if you return all the item (s) within 7 days of receipt as long as the items comply with the policies listed above (new, with tag, clean sole shoes etc..). The store credit will be valid for 3 months and you will be able to use for any item in the website.
Policies - Vouchers
Gift card/voucher offers may be restricted to use on specific products and STYLEMONARCHY reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict these offers at any time without notice and for any reason.
- Discount code offers may not be shared, sold or bartered when offered to a customer. Discount codes from unauthorized Internet postings are not valid and may be declined.
- STYLEMONARCHY reserves the right to decline and cancel orders placed with discount codes at its sole and final discretion.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions unless they were issued for promotional items.
- Placement or confirmation of an order does not constitute final acceptance of any order.
Policies - Discounts & Sales
Products on sale or discounted are final.
- If an order comprised of items on sale and others not on sale is made, you will be able to return the product NOT on sale if it complies with our Return Policies. For more information, please contact us.
- If you return an item on sale, it will not be sent back to you.
- Total amount is total amount before shipping and taxes are applied.
- Discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
Promotional Shipping
We may offer FREE shipping on a promotional basis from time to time. FREE shipping only applies to continental US, for orders over $100 and limited at $25 (shipping), which usually covers most orders in the US.
In the event customers return a package where free shipping applied, the shipping charges will be deducted.
Promotional Shipping is only valid in the continental US.
Buy 1 Get FREE Promotion / FREE Shoes Promotion
Sales are final. No returns no refunds.
SALES with FREE SHOES will only be shipped to the continental US. A limit of 1 tunic/2 pairs of shoes shoes per order or 1 pair of shoes / 1 pair of shoes depending on the promotion. You can however place several orders if you need several tunics.
In case a return is accepted by STYLEMONARCHY, the FREE shoes will also need to be returned in perfect condition otherwise, the price of the shoes will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the rights to modify our policies from time to time. It is your responsibilities to review the policies before purchasing.
